Design and installation of Fire Protection Systems particularly for FDAS, Building Sprinkler Systems, Fire Pumps and Stand Pipe Layout according to the requirement of NFPA Standards, IFC, and Fire Code of the Philippines. .BOQ and Technical Specifications are also provided as necessary.
Design and installation of Building Electrical Systems that include electrical wirings, power supply, CCTV Systems, public address and other necessary electrical installations based on National Electrical Code, NFPA 70 and PEC. BOQ and Technical Specifications are also provided as necessary.

We provide expertise for the design and installation of different Air Conditioning Systems i.e. cooling load calculations using HAP, equipment selections, mechanical ventilation, ductwork and pipework based on ASHRAE Standards, AHRI, AMCA, SMACNA, IMC, and PSME Code.. SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
Design and installation of STP is also part of our engineering engagement. We do documents preparation, facilitation and application of DENR and LLDA Documentations that include application for Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) , Permit to Operate, and LLDA Discharge Permit and Clearance. We also do erection and installation of Waste Water Treatment Facilities equipment. Construction and design are based locally accepted codes and standards complying with the DENR requirements.
